Olu Igbo

Igbo language is said to be gradually facing extinction as a result of our inaction or lack of adequate attention.  This gradual death is glaringly manifest, simply amazing, but regrettably so, that it needs urgent attention, a very urgent attention from every well meaning Dick and Harry to save it.  Forewarned about this possible death of almost the largest race in Africa, as a result of neglect and under usage of its language and culture, Olu Igbo was initiated to lend a helping hand towards resuscitating contents of the race.
Olu Igbo is the brain child of Professor Innocent Eleazu, who under the umbrella of Krino Consultant International began it as a caravan of literary adventure into the world of Igbo culture and language through the medium of researches, seminars, and paper presentations.  The aim of Olu Igbo is to sensitize the Igbo people and call the attention of the people towards using and cherishing the use of Igbo language and culture not only by Igbo people but non Igbo as well.  Olu Igbo has sponsored series of seminars, conferences and paper presentations since its inception in 2009.  Its achievements so far has been amazing and the responses to its invitations great, yet considering the enormous works yet to be done, it still invites more hands to join in this crusade to save the Igbo race, language and culture from the crutches of death.

Priests Brotherhood Sports and Recreation Club – Achieving Healthy Lifestyle

Tuesday evenings are special at St Anthony Catholic Church Enugwu-ukwu and environs. As from half hour of three in the afternoon, there is a traffic build up. You can see them – young and old, tall and short, fat and thin, huge and pint, all alighting from their cars and lacing their boot and wears, heading to the football field and volleyball court. Among them are lawyers, lecturers, coaches, administrators, musicians, engineers, architects, name them. They are however bonded by two significant binding factors-Catholic Priesthood and Sports.
